Shipping Protection

Guarantees safe delivery of your parcel by protecting it against loss, damage and delay.

• Delay: Claim $5 (or the equivalent in your local currency) if your domestic parcel is not delivered within 10 days of fulfillment (30 days for international parcels).
• Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
• Loss: Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic parcel is not delivered by the 30th day after order fulfillment (60th day for international parcels).

Please do not purchase Shipping Protection as a stand-alone item. For eligible purchase orders, the Shipping Protection option at checkout or on the shopping cart page ensures safe delivery of your package by protecting it against loss, damage and delay.
